One of the largest and most important religious buildings in Barcelona and Catalunya. The cathedral sits in the aptly-named Placa Catedral (Cathedral Square) and on rare occasions hosts acoustic and classical concerts, and choral events. Fabulous building, well worth a look, but the company behind the build (aka the Catholic Church) have unfortunately started applying an entry fee of late, which is a shame.Location: Avinguda de la Catedral, Ciutat Vella, Barcelona 08002
