Centre Cultural Caixa Penedès hasn't yet been completed, but it's starting to take shape, and their URL is emblazoned across the facade for all curious passers-by. We're hearing the venue will hold a 200 capacity auditorium, which shows the impressive scale of the development. We're just glad they didn't build another hotel!
