The Garcilaso Centre is owned by the Town Hall of the Sant Andreu District in Barcelona and its aim is to promote the creation of music amongst the young. It is a place that facilitates the production and the rehearsal of bands, making available a practice room. In this venue you will find new young bands trying to start their career. They organise an acoustic music contest that takes place each year in the middle of November.
