The resurgence of this Barcelona beer has been spectacular. Mr. Moritz bought a small factory in Barcelona's Raval area in 1856 and everything started there. The beer disappeared in the 1970's but a few years ago, his descendants revived the brand, the flavour and the spirit of Moritz and we think they've done a really good job.
