Gracia Arts Project is a superb example of a what a peer-based artistic foundation should be. Multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural, multi-lingual, multi-faceted. Located about two metres from the side wall of the local Catalan government building, it's easily accessible to both locals and tourists alike. There are special artistic events here 52 weeks of the year, but these are sometimes accompanied by special one-off events, often of a musical bent. The venue can hold no more than about 30 to 40 at a squeeze, so if you're attending an event, make sure you get there early. Recommended.Location: C/ Sant Honorat, 11, Ciutat Vella, Barcelona 08002
