Description:
The old cinema in the neighbourhood of La Torrassa in Hospitalet de Llobregat was forgotten when TV first appeared. Decades later the Mayor decided to buy it and transformed it into a theatre. The first show was held in 1991 and since then the venue has become one of the most important facilities for the district, with a regular programme of music, theatre, dance and circus. Lately it has become a base for music festivals, such as Barnasants (International Festival of singer-songwriters); Festival de Guitarra de Barcelona; Festival Internacional de Jazz de Barcelona and the Festival de Gospel de Barcelona.Location: C/ Joventut, 4-10, L'Hospitalet de Llobregat 08904
