Teatre La Massa is the work of Valencian architect Rafael Guastavino Moreno and was built in 1981. For many years the theatre had been the centre of social and cultural activities in the area, but in 1988 there commenced a period of renovation which took until 2002 to complete. Nowadays the theatre has two rooms: Sala Grande, where plays take place with a capacity for 500 people, and Sala de Ensayo (rehersal room) with a capacity for 60 people, and where there is often exhibitions, conferences and presentations. La Massa offers theatrical readings and plays, dance events, jazz concerts and classical music.Location: Plaça del Teatre, 3, Vilassar de Dalt
