On of the more spectacular venues in the city of Barcelona, well worth a look. This original venue created in 2001 and has a style of Varieté Theatre and is located in Poble Sec. In the past the space was a milk dairy, and for a while an abandoned factory. The name of Tinta Roja comes from a famous Tango that was created in the city of Buenos Aires. Typical music styles here are latin and hispanic. Besides music they have theatre, circus, tango lessons, dance and exhibitions. The hero here is Carlos Gardel, which we think is a pretty cool here to have, as his face and image are to be seen in many places throughout the venue, in fact the main stage area is called the Carlos Gardel room, and seats 120 people.Location: C/ Creu dels Molers, 17, Sants-Montjuïc, Barcelona 08004
